Playgroup

Additional skills such as learning to sit and follow the teacher's instructions, using existing communication effectively while expanding and learn new words and signs are also areas of focus. During playgroup sessions, we learn through teacher-guided activities and play.

It is our goal to support your child’s development to help them learn and grow! In our playgroup sessions, we focus on playing and interacting with other children, independence with age-appropriate tasks or routines, gross-motor play and awareness of our bodies in space, problem solving skills, puzzles, and developmentally appropriate play with a variety of toys.

Absence/Illness - for the well-being of your child and the other children and families in the group, we ask that your child not attend playgroup if they are sick. We follow the same rules as our local school districts: fever-free with no vomit or diarrhea for 24 hours. Thank you for understanding. We want to keep everyone safe and healthy!
