About ABC Special Start
ABC Special Start is a branch of the Association of Behavior Consultants, Inc. serving Sonoma, Napa, and Solano counties. We strive to empower children in developing their skills across all developmental domains, fostering their growth so that they can fully experience all that life has to offer, and share all that they have to offer life!
Our programs are implemented in the fashion that best suits the child and their families, catering to their specific needs and offering support and education in a manner befitting. We utilize naturalistic, play-based therapy focused on global development, pulling strategies and techniques from numerous modalities. What this means is that we strive to know what a child enjoys and loves, and how we can bring that joy to the forefront of their therapy to help them succeed!

An emphasis on families and relationship-based interventions guides our services as well. Parent and caregiver involvement is integral to the success of their child! Education and hands-on participation are equally important in the services families receive with ABC.
